Greeting everyone, not sure how much you might know about the country of Georgia and opportunities there.

So, here are a few great facts to give you an idea:

1. Georgia ranks 9th in the world by World Bank’s “Ease of Doing Business”.

2. It is one of the least corrupt counties in the world, ranking 30th globally according to World Economic Forum.

3. Holds the 7th position out of 137 countries in “Strength of Investor Protection” according to the World Economic Forum Global Competitiveness Index 2017-2018:

4. It is regularly ranked as one of the safest countries in Europe and the world.

5. Georgia has Free Trade Agreements with both European Union and China.

6. The population of the country is only 3.7 million, but in 2017 it received almost 7.6 million international visitors (growth of 19% compared to 2016). The government aims to reach 11 million international visitors by 2025.

7. CNN, Bloomberg and National Geographic have ranked the country within top 10 upcoming and must visit places:

8. Georgia is one of the least tax burdened counties in the world, with only 6 types of taxes.

9. The real estate market is undervalued for now, with prime locations on average costing about 1,200 USD per square meter (about 110$ per square foot). Comparing that to similar capital cities in Europe, such as Prague for example, it is almost 3rd or 4th of the price.

10. New hotels, accommodation unites and apartment complexes are in high demand, driving the real estate market investments.

Hope you found this informative and interesting.
