International Investment Opportunity
Good afternoon BiggerPockets Community,
I am going to keep this short and simple for starters.
My name is Mark,
I am looking to purchase a property that is overseas, to be more specific, Poland Kraków. I am looking to move back there within 2 years. I have dual citizenship, and enough Cash to purchase the property but it’s something I don’t really want to do.
Does any one know of any creative startegies of going about that? I called many Banks in Poland but I haven’t had any real luck with them because of my situation, but they have been helpful.
We also have a 4-plex here in the US with a lot of equity built in it. Maybe can we use the equity from our 4-plex to purchase the property.
Has anybody done such ventures and if so I would love to hear about it and what you did!! This doesn’t specifically have to be Poland, it can be any country in Europe!
