What are some of the best countries to do real estate in? What are some advice and tips for doing real estate internationally and how do you think real estate investing would be internationally during Covid-19.

The best advice I could give you is to let us know what your goals are and try to ask more precise questions accordingly. Your question is very general and the answer could be the subject of a book. It would also be very different in function of your objectives.

There is no best country. Once you have an objective, you can determine the right strategy and vehicle and that will determine what the best market are for these strategies and vehicles.

There are many advice or tips I could give you but, again, depending on the situation. The main one would be to educate yourself, which you're hereby doing so you're on the right path.

Finally, if, like me, you think that Covid-19 is going to be a temporary issue (at least at the level that it is now), it spells opportunity more than anything else.

The countries mentioned by @Marlen Weber are some of those where you might find opportunities (and where I'm active) as a result of the impact on tourism. Also, as mentioned by @Benjamin A Ersing, the crisis has create even bigger discounts in some emerging markets where real estate is traded in the local currency as a result of that currency falling even lower against the USD.
