EXPI Stock Is Exploding

Has anyone else noticed that the share price on EXPI has quadrupled over the last month? Seems like eXp Realty is going to become a major player in the space on par with KW and the like. Just curious if anyone is investing there and what your thought are on the planned international expansion? Where do you see Virbella stacking up against Redfin and Zillow?

I sure have noticed because my agent-earned shares have tripled in value in the past few months!  I think the explosion is a combination of:

• The market realizing the value of a cloud based model during a pandemic (or any downturn)
• eXp had a record setting second quarter while big names like KW and RE/MAX reported revenue decreases
• Continued agent growth (50% in one year)
• Announcement of additional international expansion

The model just makes so much sense to me.  It's the Netflix in a Blockbuster era, and the world is starting to take notice!  Personally, I've gotten a lot more interest lately from friends, new agents, and investor agents alike.
