I would like to buy property in another country and would like to know the exactly steps on doing so? Also, how do you trust contractors, collecting rent, and, maintenance being done?

You can start off by finding something that is keyturn, hire a property management company then sit back and collect your rent each money.  That would be the easiest way to begin then work your way up to rehabbing from a distance.  As of now, it's really hard finding contractors that will stay consistent and a lot of rehab companies are booked out for months.
