Real Estate Agent Referral

I am a investor from CA and planning to but my first rental property in Dallas, TX. I am looking to buy something in Plano, Frisco, Mckinney or Allen area of Collin County or near Keller ISD or Northwest ISD in Fort Worth area.

Can you guys refer a real estate agent who can help me with this and also I have a real estate broker in the family who can do a referral and get a referral fee.
