Renting a SFM to multiple unrelated tenants
I'm currently looking to buy a 4/2 SFM and rent it to university students. I don't know if this is legal because I've been searching the harris county zoning laws and couldn't find anything related to this matter. This house will be my investment property since I'm closing on my first house which I will live in and house hack. Does anyone here in houseton have any advice?
