Fort Worth, TX Multifamily

Hello BP,

I'm searching for a multifamily property in Fort Worth to house-hack, and I know they go quickly in the ~150k price range. But, does anyone know about the four unit property in White Settlement on Bomber Rd.? I remember there being a lot of foot traffic, but don't remember it ever being under contract. I think it's off of the market now. I know there aren't too many people keen on White Settlement, but were there any other reasons to not look into it further?
