relocating to Ft. Worth area..looking for a fixer upper
My husband & I will be relocating to the Ft. Worth area from AZ next year to be closer to family as we age. We like the SW Arlington/Georgetown area, but are open to other areas, as well. Our family is in Burleson. We are looking for a home that needs TLC so that we may customize it. Also, lower property taxes would be helpful, as we are newly retired. We already have our trade contacts, as a family member is in the construction business. We are actively seeking a realtor who is used to dealing with investors/cash/out of state purchasers, preferably a Buyer's Agent. References are a must. Any information would be greatly appreciated so we can get started.
