Looking for recommendations for Ogden area property management

Hello all,

I'm in the process of acquiring my second rental home and am thinking I'd like to go with property management this time.

I already have a recommendation for Reeder Asset Management but an introduction email has gone unanswered.

I'm curious to see if anyone else is using property management in the Ogden area and whether you would recommend their services or if you had a terrible experience and would recommend to avoid.

Thanks.

@Micah Starbuck

So I'm under contract to buy a duplex in Ogden from a sick-and-tired absentee owner.  One of the units is still full of junk from an eviction a month ago and the other unit is about 50% under market.

When I inquire about leases and security deposits for the occupied unit, I'm directed to the property manager!  Turns out no lease, no security deposit for the occupied unit.  Want their number?

I blame Ogden's stigma entirely on the lack of worthwhile property management companies in the area.  Aside from Reeder (which I highly recommend), I've seen good things from Northern Utah Property Management but haven't worked with them directly.
