REI Moving to SLC Looking for a Rental

My partner and I are moving to Salt Lake from Bellingham, Washington in September. In the next few years I'm developing a small real estate portfolio and we currently have enough saved up to make a sizeable down payment. Issue is, I'm currently in school to be a commercial pilot and won't have a significant income for the next year or so. So, we're looking to rent a 1 or 2 bedroom place in town. If you're looking for some great renters who share your interest in real estate investing, please reach out for an intro phone call to see what we can work out.

Hey folks, should've posted earlier but we found a great little spot to get started in the 15th and 15th part of Sugarhouse. Moving in just a few weeks and we couldn't be more excited. I'm starting to look for deals on small multifamily properties, especially ones which could involve owner financing. Feel free to reach out for an intro call!
