Canadian Investing in Indianapolis
Hello BP members! I'm a Canadian looking to invest in a rental property in Indianapolis. I have a childhood friend who is an American citizen and has agreed to be my partner. I will be providing the funds and the mortgage will be under his name. Has anyone done a similar partnership? Any general tips on what I should be aware of for a deal like this would be greatly appreciated.
