I am considering converting a 2 attached car garage into 2 bedrooms.  Has anyone done this?  If so, how much did it cost?  Do you have any contractors that would work in the Everett area that you think could do a good job for me?  Thanks, Gabe

Cost is going to vary hugely if your planning to make it fully permitted as inhabitable by county and state restrictions or just do it under the radar like many do. It very likely may not be permit-able at any cost depending on offsets and zoning. That's the first thing you need to find out
