Moving to Seattle (from SF). Going Up Next Week

Is anyone free next week during the weekday to drive around with me and possibly tour some neighborhoods in the area? I'm moving up in the coming months and would like to familiarize myself and also learn more about up and coming neighborhoods with good potential. 

I've never flipped before and want to get a feel for the area. Hoping to get my feet wet since I'll have more down time with the transition up there.
