Hi All

Im trying to diversify my Multi-Family portfolio and want to invest in North Bend Multi-families.  Does any one know of areas in North Bend/ Carnation/ or Mount Si area where Multi families are allowed? Does anyone know a Real Estate agent that specialized in Multi Families in that area?

Any help would be awesome
