In Search of Contractors

Hello!

I am in the process of purchasing my first rental in North Seattle. It is a 6 unit multifamily house that was built in the 80's and needs some serious work, likely needing a full siding replacement along with most of the interiors. I was wondering if anyone had any direction on how to find contractors, I know we will need someone for siding, flooring, decking, cabinets and counter tops along with others likely. I have tried searching online along with trying to talk with people that I see around job sites but have not had much luck. I am brand new at this and would love any information anyone has!

Thank you in advance!

@Christian Decker I would strongly recommend that you begin attending local meetup and REIA events. I started early in my career by attending a local land lording group in the Berwyn public library. I have met three of my best contractors from this group, and none of these guys is advertising at all. I would have had zero chance of finding these types of solid, affordable sub contractors without having gone to this meetup.
