Lake Stevens Investment property
Looking into Lake Stevens area for a SFH as an investment property. Zillow reports the market as hot. Was wondering if BP members had any insights into this area, specially the rental market. How easy or hard is it to rent in this area? Also any other gotchas? Thanks in advance
