Vacation Rental Manager in Snohomish

I have a house in Snohomish, WA and I'm looking for a new property manager familiar with vacation rentals who works in that area.  I've been using a company based out of Seattle, and they've not had agents familiar enough with the Snohomish/Everett/Monroe area to handle things that arise.

Anyone has recommendations?
