Condo Conversion in Seattle

I've partnered with a large investor who's interested in converting a small multifamily (5-20 units) into condos in the Seattle area. Is there anyone who has experience doing this? The legal side seems pretty straightforward; what are the potential pitfalls, if any?

I would love to connect if you could provide some insight into this. Thanks!

@Kunaal Kumar, what City is this in?

Zoning should be Ok since you already have a (5-20) multi-family, but you got to double-check the zoning density.

You also need to do some calculations like electricity load/water line calculations to make sure the main pipes/wires you have will be able to handle all added loads
