Moving to Spokane

I was born and raised in Spokane.  I moved to Houston, Texas over 25 years ago and am now wanting to go back home to be closer to family.  I have been a successful REALTOR Owner and Broker of a small, independent Brokerage for 10 years.  Wanting to continue my real estate career and get more involved in investing and possibly flipping.  

Is there anyone out there who can shine the light on what's going on in the area and who may be some of the key players?  Thanks
