Short-Term Rentals in Southern WV
Charleston, WV / Southern West Virginia Real Estate Investors,
Does anyone know a RE investor in the Charleston, WV area that has had success with short term rentals? I'm very curious about what the critical mass looks like here. Is it feasible to do it year around? Would be super grateful for any connections anyone has developed. AirBnb vs. VRBO, monthly vs nightly etc. Any insight is helpful.

@Mason Weese I have several long-term rentals in WV and Ohio. We have looked into short rental and there are pockets of success for certain. I would love to connect with a group and discuss further, I'm in Parkersburg and my partner is in Ohio. South Central/central Ohio has seen a huge bomb in short term rentals over the last 24months.
