Buyer's agent recomendations for Burlington, Lake Geneva, Salem ?

Hi Everyone,

I'm a new investor looking to invest in the Burlington, Lake Geneva, and Salem WI areas.  Does anyone have recommendations for a investor friendly buyer's agent that works in those areas?

For an agent you may want to try Adam Coleman of Rainmakers Realty in Kenosha.  I believe he may be an investor himself.  He bought a property from one of my owners.  Or else I recommend Joyce Slotten in LG.  I'm not sure if she is investor friendly but she is a hard-working woman who know LG well.

I would also be interested if there are any wholesalers in the area. I have used a few agents in the the area and most were knowledgeable realtors but not necessarily keen to work with investors. I have been debating if I should get my license again since I have not been able to connect with an agent that meets my needs.
