@Yaniv Kehat - I assume that you are looking for an agent to help you buy, rehab and flip a house in Milwaukee? It can be done, but just know that you will not only be running that race competing with the locals, you will have to run it with a back pack full of rocks! I have remodeled enough houses as an investor to tell you doing this remotley is a tall order. You are competing with a good number of local flippers, who know the areas well, have a team of contractors ready to go and will supervise the job on a daily basis.

I have huge respect for anyone who has pulled off a BRRRR remotley! I am usually on my jobs almost every day to check in with the contractors and there is not one day where I felt the trip was wasted time. It is much easier to own rental property out of state. But maybe I misunderstood what you are looking for?
