All forclosures go on MLS; banks have gotten smarter and don't want to do backroom deals without the full competition of the market. There are a few names that I keep seeing, but I am not sure if I can recommend any of them. It's a brutal discount business and many give it a try and are then never seen again. Also, with the economy being strong, the forclosure rate is way down, under 0.5% as of last year.
