Converting shed to livable space - done that/know contractor?

I'm thinking of buying a house in Toronto to rent out and put a shed with electricity, plumbing and heating in the back yard to live in myself. Has anyone done this kind of thing before or know of a good contractor who could convert a shed into a livable space, with electricity, heat, and a bathroom with plumbing? I'm thinking along the lines of these:

Thanks, actually at this point I'd like opinions about Toronto neighborhoods in general. The property prices really seem to be too high here relative to rents and people's incomes, so I don't know if I will buy here after all. However, I have had luck in the past buying in formerly bad neighborhoods within expensive cities with gentrification potential and generating cash flow from renting the properties out and getting lucky with eventual capital appreciation. So I am trying to identify those kinds of neighborhoods here and have some ideas.
