First time investor, thinking about Cornwall, ON?

Hi there,

I am looking to buy my first property! I have $30,000 saved up and work a waitress in Toronto. My end goal is to buy student rentals in London, ON but it’s a little out of my price range. I was thinking perhaps Cornwall, ON may be the place to get my feet wet in real estate investing. 

Would love to chat with anyone who has experience with Cornwall and why or why not they would recommend it.
