Hey Alberta forum — going to be straight with you: I'm 15, based in Edmonton, and I decided to stop waiting and start building something real.

I've set up YEG Property Solutions and I'm learning real estate wholesaling. I find off-market distressed properties in Edmonton — motivated sellers, properties needing work, deals that never hit Realtor.ca — and I assign contracts to investors who can close quickly. My mom co-signs all contracts so everything is fully legally binding.

I know I'm young. I'm not asking anyone to hand me anything. I'm asking to connect with active Alberta investors so when I find a deal, I know exactly who wants it.
