Hello everyone,

It's a new situation I believe to most of us with the coronavirus that is taking the economy down. Want to get your thoughts/opinion on few subjects:

1.would you do a ren't relief plan to your tenants if worst come and because of reality kicks in and they won't be able to pay rents or some of the rents?

2.How would you operate your business in the new situation would you change something in your buissnes model?

3.I am refinancing a property next week and the interest went down to 2.65 lock in for 5 years and maybe less then that. That's almost free money. Would you keep buying propertys and take advantage of the opportunity or wait to see how the market behaves?

Just want to get others opinions and thoughts.

Stay safe and healthy.

Thanks,
