I recently read Cheap Dirt by Beaux Blast and the book inspired me to learn more. I have found two classes with membership options but I am having a hard time deciding which class or if I even need a class. Does anyone have any advice?

I have many land investing courses & can tell you the good & bad of many.  Sadly, most are more bad than good.
Seth & REI Tipster are an exception.  His stuff is very good.
Another exception is Jonathon & the land riches blueprint.  This one is actually the best in my opinion.  He also has a free course on their youtube channel.
