Requesting feedback on partnerdriven.com - Peter Vekselman?

Question

Hey all - I am exploring this program because they 100% fund your fix & flips after you meet their criteria - Cost is 10K down or 2X 7.5K

Does anyone have any experience of working with them and completing deals?

(I read the old posts but none seem to be from the past 2 years or so)

I have had some experience with Peter Vekselman, and there are others here also. But the last time I read some posts no one gave a positive reply concerning actually making any return on the investment. I personally had to wait about 3 months to get a refund from him through my bank. So that should give you a good idea of what to expect. As for his program, I never went through it and have never read a positive review concerning him or may have included negative reviews or seemed biased or paid for. But do remember the negative reviews, I did find.  The way I see it is if anyone sells a program that is on the level and walks the walk or talks the talk if they are on the up and up they will provide a refund and know that it really is not worth the trouble be it a dollar or 10k. whatever the payment may be, and clearly post anything concerning time limits or whatnot if they don't provide that, don't buy it there are plenty of guru's out there that will take your hard-earned money and won't think twice about keeping it or try to. If they are not willing to put the money where their mouth is don't do it, that is a red flag concerning their program or the way they will do business with you.  I learn the hard way sometimes but I learn. lol If I were you,  use a good reputable credit card if you do they usually have at least 30-day return policy to be sure. Or you may be out of your money if they are not on the level. Also, be sure to report it to FTC they may be able to help. But if not they will keep an eye out and if they get more complaints they will begin to investigate. And they may have a refund for you sometime in the future. lol By the way I don't exactly remember why I wanted a refund, but I know that when requested he refused. And that raises a red flag I won't ever buy anything from him again. For those that do refund, I have gone back and purchased.  I read bad reviews afterward and here on BP there is someone that paid and went through his course but I didn't like that he had become part of his team and no one else vouched for him but that was my experience. One last thing I do remember that his price was inconsistent and had quoted everyone on here a different price. Not normal through up another red flag.  lol and I was quoted 2 different prices the first time was $2500. and the second was $1500.Yes a lot less then everyone else. But I called him and spoke with him. Didn't like his tone of voice but kept it cool I'm not the type to accept being talked to like that, but I know how to play and played the game. Someone else mentioned something about that here too, I believe.  lol when I read the folks on here like you 10k and 12k and I think someone was all the way up to 15k I was really laughing to myself. Be careful. I would not do it... Do your due diligence... and I wish you the best, good luck.
