Anyone planning on attending this upcoming boot camp offered by the Norris Group?

I'm a current real estate investor but only have purchased houses through the 'buy & hold' strategy. I currently own homes in Dallas, Memphis & Atlanta - all of which are cash flowing nicely. However, I live in Los Angeles and have studied/educated myself greatly on flipping homes here so that I can create larger capital to invest in rental props. My current career is good and I make a nice living but it's not going to sustain the type of investing I want to do (as in I want to buy A LOT more homes).

I've spoken with a few nice people over at the Norris Group about their boot camp but their price is quite high. However, if I come with a 'friend' or similar, they'll knock the price down $1000. Anyone want to be my friend for 3 days? The boot camp is next week feb 4, 5 & 6.

Also, any feedback on the 3-day course itself is greatly appreciated. My hope is to learn how to find, buy, fix and flip homes in the LA/Southern Cal market. I haven't flipped a home yet but I feel like that's only moments away...

I have also looked into that boot camp. Have you done it ? I could be your friend for a couple days.

I like their web site. And Im sure I will be getting a hard money loan in the near future.
