I have been a Realtor for 3 years now, with the market slowing down and people not wanting to move because of interest rates I was thinking there had to be a way around this problem. I have followed Pace casually on YouTube and would watch his videos now and then.
I went to a live event where he spoke. When I heard him speak in person and met him I knew he was the real deal and that I needed to join his course & community.
Since joining Subto my world and mindset have completely opened to the possibilities that are available to not only my clients but myself as far as investing and putting a deal together in Real Estate. It has led me to so many more ideas and creativity on what I know want to do with Real Estate but also how to help other people understand the complexities of the game. Really Pace can explain things in such simple terms that make you feel confident to go out and conquer things that once used to seem daunting.
His community is amazing. Sooooo many people are willing to hop on a phone call and help you through your situation.
