I am looking into taking Bree Hartman’s Self-Storage School Course. Has anyone taken this course? What was your experience like?

I THINK you’re about 2-3 years too late. But I certainly wouldn’t be excited about 80% of the replies being new members/bots. What are the odds that so many people who just joined BP/have never posted before, all took a class 99% of us have never heard of AND had a great experience? Please don’t “invest” any money in a class/bootcamp you aren’t willing and able to afford just burning. Anything over a couple hundred dollars would be better spent actually investing. Good luck whatever you choose.

The best part about her program is that she helps you quickly take actionable steps that help you get into the game right away! I just finished Bree Hartman's Storage bootcamp as well, and I agree with John. It's a great fast paced boot camp with plenty of action steps. Bree's a great teacher showing you how to do each step in the process. I'm contemplating the self storage school myself as I'm sure it will be even more in-depth on topics that couldn't be discussed in great detail in the bootcamp.

Yes! I highly recommend her course I didn’t know anything about storage and it is an intimidating asset class 100% recommend

I am curious as well about Bree Hartman's mentorship and I'm looking at AJ Osborne Inner Circle and would like to know if anyone completed his course as well!!!

I live AJ’s podcast and book but his mentorship has poor reviews in Reddit forums
