Jimmy Napier (Invest in Debt) will always be remembered as THE authority for investing in discounted mortgage notes, and 
working" these notes for increased ROI. However, in terms of "pedestrian" deal (small type), Jimmy was hands down the absolutely BEST dealmaker and negotiator I ever knew.
