Seeking Guidance
Good day. My name is Jay Lee and I am seeking honest guidance.
I am currently shopping for a real estate investment coach with a specialty in wholesaling. I was a financial advisor who earned in excess of $500k/annually and post financial crisis my firm recently went out of business and my book of business plummeted and my income dropped to under $100k. I lost my house, car, business relationships, income, credit, savings, etc.
I am interested in real estate wholesaling as a vehicle to earn back the lifestyle I built for my family.
After much due dilligence, I came across an investor and coach named Marc Imhof who owns Esencia in Florida. His site is thewholesalingcoach.com and reiwebtools.com.
Can anyone offer personal experience with Marc or third party experience with him and his coaching service?
