Hey guys first time investor here! I am thinking about doing section 8 in Birmingham AL and getting a mentor to help me do it. I've heard great things about Rhett Wiseman and he seems very legit as well. Just wanted double check and verify before making the first step!

@Andrew Noel Would you sign up for a cooking class that taught you how to boil water? That's essentially what you would be paying for. Also, I assume you mean low barrier of entry....that's not what you want as a real estate investor. In fact, the exact opposite.  As someone who lives in NJ you should refine your real estate objectives. I recommend spending time in the forums, listening to podcasts, and attend local real estate networking events before spending a dollar.
