But has anyone here ever worked with Nick Vertucci on a personal level, of known someone who has? Good or Bad experiences are welcomed.
I don't want to hear from anyone saying coaching is ********, or you can do it your self, or anything else.
I'm just looking for people with first or second hand experience with Nick, or his companies.
Please feel free to message me personally if you don't want to feel the wrath of the BP community.
Nick Vertucci has been blasting ads on my local ESPN radio station like crazy! It has to be financially rewarding for him to keep up the pressure like that. Probably even more rewarding to sell tickets to his rallies than the actual real estate. The new Carleton Sheets?
Carleton Sheets help buy my first investment property 20 years ago. 100% hard money loan. I bought with zero money. The best $100 i spent for knowledge looking back. Wealth of information at the time. I went to NVR free seminar and paid for the 3 day seminar. I was already an experienced investor and I was looking for the next step of knowledge. I found that I already new 95% of the things covered. A couple new ideas and concepts. They wanted 40K for the next training. Didn't have the money nor did I want to spend that much. Met some nice people that paid the fees and still in contact with them. I figured I would find information out there somewhere. I found Bigger Pockets. This was a couple weeks ago and I have just scratched the surface. Their is so much information here. I'm glad I saved the 40K and have found areas that talk about and go into detail the different areas that NVR touch on.
Don't touch the guy. Waste of time and money in my opinion
I did all of his training's, paid A LOT of money, but also learned A LOT having no clue about investing at all. PM me if you want more information about them. @john hancock
Thank you for your comment on your trainings with Nick Vertucci. I have been planning on visiting their seminar today in Salt Lake City.
I already work with many local investors, and I have been a property manager for almost 4 years. We also work on our own (company) flips, and wholesales.
Do you think there is any value for someone that has a good level of knowledge and experience already? As someone that has participated first hand, what should I expect from the program?
And the most important question in my opinion; Have you gained enough in assets from your knowledge that you have value to justify the high price tag of "Vertucci"?
Please be frank. Very much appreciate that you are here on BP.
Hi! Yes my dad and I went through his training and he and his company are legit.
Thank You Danielle...... All I can say to the above is I give my students everything I got and care deeply about their success. We are the best in this industry. In an Industry that has a very deep black eye on it. I was a student of this process in 2004 and got taken for a ride. I don't begrudge it at all as I am here today because of it. But when I started this company my whole goal was to change this perception and be the best in this business.
