Using AMPS (Assignment of Mortgage Strategies)
I'm very intrigued by the concept of using AMPS to build my own portfolio as well as sell property quickly and easily using owner financing, with very little outlay. Was wondering how many investors have actually utilized this strategy and what their experiences have been. Has anyone used this in Michigan?
