I get tons of emails from Mark Evans DM on wholesaling claims to be automatic money machine http://markevansdm.com/show/

After I send him $40,000, he asked for $5,000 more to transition to WFS. Just 2 months after the store was running I wast told it was shut down. I/'m still trying to recover my money.

Yep...I'm also out money and know others as well. He's still out there promoting...just not this as he's on to other things....hopefully not another scam.

So I have a few members of our REIA who bought into his online store scheme, anyone else out $40,000 with no one responding at all these days.

Same. Invested $40,000 with the online store. He didn't deliver. Just took the money and ran. Apparently sold off the company and let his investors hang dry. All over social media promoting his lifestyle. Maybe he was legit at some point, as I know some good people that are involved with him and vouch for him. But he did F over quite a lot of people with this online store scam.

I have worked with him, he is legit.

Amazon store? Guru bois are selling on Amazon now?

He's a coach/mentor as well as a legit deal maker. I've seen his deals in person. He's one of the very few "Gurus" that is actually IN the business. I'm in his Mastermind group.
