Vegas Seminar thoughts

So an investor in my local area suggested attending this below 3 day seminar in Vegas.

http://themastersofcashflow.com/ - The Masters of Cash Flow | Oct. 2-4, 2015

Honestly alarm bells starting going off immediately. What are the community's thoughts? Many of the speakers have been talked about briefly in other posts but no real break down if they think this is worth the financial and time investment.

The early bird pricing appears to be $597 for an individual.

Can anybody who has actually attended this seminar before speak to any of the specifics?

I do not know if my acquaintance has any connection to this seminar/speakers or not.

As with anyone, I would thoroughly check them out if you are going to be taking serious advice from him or her.

I tell people meeting me for the first time to google me find out everything you can about me and my type of investing.

Good luck gang.

PS.  I am totally against spending $10-40,000 for "training".
