Real Estate Express Pre-License Course?

Question

Lots of bad reviews online - very good price - but good discussions on BP.. anyone have more insight into the online program? I will be taking it for FL.

In have taken the course for New York and found it an excellent time saver and passed my test on the first try The prices are very competitive and the format is easy to follow I have also taken an online course for California and had a good results  The trick is with the online class is not to read all the materials but to go thru the practice exams again and again

I just finished the California classes with them. I agree the info was out of date (they mentioned investing in a PDA and FAXing purchase contracts to escrow lol)

Overall I am satisfied. They did have a section which went over all of the new CA laws

@Victor Collazo I chose to use climer real estate school (online) and have been very happy with the setup. For me, it was worth the extra money to know I was getting good, quality information. I've heard mixed info on RE express

I know that a guy on my team tried to use them for getting his license in Indiana and their information was completely out of date. I would suggest not moving forward with them.

I had a good experience with them. If online self-study works for you then they are a decent company at a good price. There are better ones out there, but they cost more. I didn't need a lot of extra help or explaining, so for me it was mostly test prep, and it worked. They offered a study guide eBook that I used for reference, and I was overall happy with the training, price and outcome.

Prices are inexpensive for licensing classes. Personally, I always like taking classroom vs internet. You have a teacher present to give feedback and clarify anything you might not fully understand. I am signing up to take my brokers class through Larson. You might check them out and compare. Good luck.

Seems to be working for me. To each their own, though. But yeah. No real problems that I've seen. Just remember that if you don't pass the final exam you must really 18 days before taking it again. Great customer service too.
