More than ANY other real estate educator, John has provided me more great ideas and profit-making niches than anyone else, by far!

His original Distressed Property Newsletter was outstanding, accurate and exceptionally informative. It's been out of print for twenty years or more.

It was only when he ventured into late night TV commercials that his Free & Clear stuff got him into trouble (probably because people had to get out of their pajamas and actually go do something).
