Land flipping course and education

Hi, I'm pretty new to the concept of land flipping. Have listened to Mark Podolsky's podcast etc. My question - in 2016 is this still a viable business to earn some income? Who would you recommend to learn from? Marks course has a much larger cost ( but also a refund if you sell a piece of land within 6 months) Seth Williams is much less. Anyone have any insight? Thanks!
