I'm seriously considering purchasing Kent Clothier Find Vacant Motivated Sellers package. 

Has anyone had success or disappointments they feel like sharing?

one of my business partners in ORegon bought it .. he does not use it anymore.  but I have not first hand knowledge of it or quality etc. .only what he told me. We do better here in Oregon creating our own data base ( time consuming but pretty effective) and using lexus Nexus
