Tarek and Christina Seminar

Hello fellow BP members, I am pretty new to this site, I stumbled on to the site after googling reviews for Tarek and Christina seminar in Fort Myers, Lehigh acres area.  Its been a couple of weeks now since i attended the seminar and wanted to share my thoughts with you guys.  The seminar was free and I must say I do believe it was worth my time. They covered things like learning to "Run the numbers" how to know when a property is a good investment and when to run in the other direction.  The talked about finding buyers for your flips and the time frame in which one should flip a home (3mths).  Other topics where financing and how much percentage you should typically make on a good flip.  Now although they don't go into the details they did give me enough generic information as to which topics i need to start reading up on and ask more in depth questions on.  I assume many of which i can probably get answered here on BP.  At the end of the class they do try to sell you on a 3 day class fro $1,997. My guess is at this point they would give you enough information to up sell you again for more information lol.   Well i just wanted to share myexperince with you guys!   If anyone does have more information on the topics, "Running the numbers", Finding financing, finding buyers anything please share.  thanks!

you can buy the advanced material from any of the guru's on E bay for 50 bucks or so..

there is only so many ways to skin the RE cat...

nothing is really new or inventive...

you may want to take some RE pre license courses this will get you up to speed on the laws and rules in your state..
