So confused
I hear on BP to go for the deals and jump in with two feet but I am being taught by a guru to wait to do any flips until I do the bus tour. They say I will make mistakes that they can help prevent but I am afraid that spending $30k on a bus tour is my biggest mistake. So confusing. I can see why people get paralyzed.

If you haven't already committed to the $30k, I'd jump off the bus. Buy J. Scott's books on flipping, and spend the $30k on a life lesson. Not a big fan of guru's.
