How to estimate your Reno cost
Hello BP. I'm new to real estate and have yet to make my first deal. I honestly believe Im in the "Analysis Paralysis" stage right now. I hear some ppl say just jump in and use it as a learning experience, while others say take your time and gather information. Well I'm trying to gather all the info possible. In looking for a link to the an ebook or article from bigger pockets on how to estimate Reno cost.
