Favorite BP Podcast Episode
I looked briefly, forgive me if there is a thread on this, but I've been burning through the BP podcasts on my 1 hr commute to and from work. Just finished episode 57 about short term rentals in Panama. I find it keeps me focused, if I can avoid the "shiny balls"... What episode was that quote from?

I'm a little biased, being a big fan of Episode 28! lol
But I am a big fan of my friend Brian Adams' podcast episode 135 - Raising Money to Buy 1000 Apartment Units. His story and method are one of the best I've heard, illustrating one of my favorite types of investment deals (large commercial).
