low income investments book recommendation
Low income/D level properties----Most of the time I hear that these kind of properties cash flow really well but their is more danger involved. The consensus seems to be to avoid them if possible, but there are a few investors, it seems, who are willing to take a risk and do pretty well. I'm curious about how someone can be successful in that niche.
Can anyone recommend any RE Book that talks about low income property investing in depth?
