Yep, the gurus are at it folks. One guy, Zack I believe claims you need to go to his seminar to learn how the new President changes the landscape of investing opportunities.
HOG WASH!
No such thing is or has happened linked to Trump! Nothing has changed! What is current right now that we talk about on BP IS what is going on and will govern strategies for the near future.
To infer anything different is simply lying and why would anyone want to go listen to someone that advertises with misleading information? Hopefully, not you!
Keep your dial set to BP, if there are any changes, or new opportunities you'll hear about them right here.
And like I always say, there is nothing "NEW" in real estate investing strategies, just changes to the old and well known means.
So, has anyone heard this stuff? ;)
